Hi, I’m Crystal. I’m a Microdosing Coach/Facilitator and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, but more than anything, I’m passionate about guiding others on their journey of healing and self-discovery. My path into holistic health and plant medicine started with my own personal struggles—moments that led me to explore mindfulness, nutrition, functional medicine, and the deep wisdom of entheogenic plants.

In 2017, I traveled to the Amazon jungle of Peru, where I had a profound experience with plant medicine that changed the course of my life. Later, I turned to psilocybin microdosing to help me integrate a particularly challenging macro journey. What I found was something even more powerful than I expected—microdosing gave me space to process, to hold myself with compassion, and to create meaningful, lasting change in my life. That experience deepened my reverence for this medicine and ultimately led me to support others on their own journeys.

Since then, I’ve had the honor of co-facilitating psilocybin retreats both in the U.S. and abroad, witnessing firsthand how these sacred medicines can bring healing, clarity, and transformation. My work focuses on integration—helping people bridge their experiences with plant medicine into their daily lives in a way that feels grounded, intentional, and aligned.

I bring together my background in mind-body medicine, positive psychology, functional health, and somatic integration to support those navigating their healing path. Whether through microdose coaching, retreats, or holistic wellness guidance, I’m here to hold space, offer insight, and help you connect more deeply with yourself.
