My journey into the world of health and wellness was inspired by my grandmother's vibrant life, sparking an early interest in the relationship between lifestyle, nutrition, and vitality. However, it was my own health and emotional challenges that catalyzed a deeper exploration into the realm of holistic and mind-body medicine. Driven by a natural curiosity of human behavior and a strong desire to heal myself and support others in doing the same, I pursued education in subjects of mindfulness practices, positive psychology, behavior change, nutrition, and functional medicine.
Our minds and bodies have an incredible capacity to heal– my desire is to open this possibility up to my clients so that they may come to experience and know this for themselves. As a health coach and educator, I am committed to empowering the overall health and wellness of my clients through the holistic lens of lifestyle and mind-body medicine. I offer support, guidance, and education, aiding my clients in accomplishing their objectives to transform their overall health through self-discovery exercises, actionable tools, and accountability.
Outside of my client-centric work, I practice and teach yoga and cook nourishing, healing meals for retreats. My hobbies include time at the beach, hiking, cycling, and learning to cook new dishes. I love traveling for cultural immersion and reading books that support my personal and professional growth and interests.
I really look forward to connecting with you!
